Well I think we might've found our future house, but there is still a lot of unanswered questions. The price, for one. We know a ceiling price, but we don't know the exact price. We will have an asking price this week. You're probably thinking, "Why don't they know the asking price?" Well...it's kind of a long story. So, to make a long story shorter, we know the builder and owner, and they have been sitting on this house for months. They were involved in developing this whole subdivision and have slowly been finishing this house. In fact, there is still a little work to be done, and A LOT of cleaning up to do. However, there isn't a realtor involved, so that works in our favor as far as price.
The house is in Bryant and would be a 5 minute drive or less for me to work. Dustin would obviously have a 30 minute drive to work, but we knew that would be the case since we started looking in Bryant. The subdivision is still in the works, and this house is the only one on this cul-de-sac right now. There are about a dozen houses being lived in right now.
