The 4th turned out to be a rainy weekend at the lake (yuck!), but we didn't let it stop us from having our traditional fun. We just staked out on the dock and weathered the storms. Yes, I said storms, as in more than one! After getting caught out in the first one on the boat, we didn't want to do that again! Dustin had to ride the seadoo in and got pelted in the face pretty good while I sheltered Drew and I with several towels from the downpour. In true Drew fashion, he didn't get scared by the lightening and thunder one bit! He just thought the storms sounded like fireworks and wanted me to "clean the towel" because it was wet. :o) What a cutie! Here is evidence that we had some fun...even in a LITTLE bit of sun!
